NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

Michigan Business Tax:  Please see the new information on this under Tenant Forms.

 

Visitor Parking—All Visitor Parking in both the surface lots and the Parking Structures is strictly enforced.  Violators will receive a warning, then are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

 

Reserved Parking—All Reserved Parking spaces in the Parking Structure are clearly marked and identified with a space number.  Violators will be ticketed and are subject to towing.  Should anyone be parked in your reserved space, please call Security Base Operations at 248-358-0908.

 

Smoking Policy—Smoking is not permitted in the front of any building at Town Center.  Smoking is permitted at all loading docks.  Please respect the health of others and stay more than 10 feet from the ramps and entrances to the buildings from the loading dock areas.

 

Deliveries—Please be reminded that all deliveries should come through the loading docks, not the front entrances of any building.
