Service Charges and Labor Rates

All repairs and services performed in your suite after you take possession of your office are performed on a time and material basis by Blackstone Property Management employees or approved contractors.

The Blackstone Property Management staff is able to assist tenants with hanging pictures, minor furniture repair, plumbing problems, or other services that may be required. Our labor rates are as follows:

Maintenance Person $40.00 per hour/per man

Electrician $70.00 per hour/per man

Engineer $40.00 per hour/per man

Moving $75.00 per hour/per man

Locksmith Services $50.00 per hour/per man

There is a half hour minimum charge for all labor rates; rates are subject to change. Jobs requiring more than one (1) hour should be prearranged with the Service Center, 248.358.0780.

Various types of carts and dollies are available through the Service Center at no charge. A valid driver’s license is required to check them out on a daily basis.
