No Smoking Policy

Town Center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in any of the public areas of the complex. These areas include:

· Public Restrooms	· The Garden Atrium Area
· Hallways and Elevator Lobbies	· Stairwells
· Main Building Lobbies, Entrances

Smoking is not allowed within 10 feet of any entrance to the Buildings.

Additionally, there is no smoking on the front porch area at the main entrance to 3000 Town Center.

Tenants are responsible for implementing and regulating smoking policies within their own suite.
