General Maintenance Services

All general maintenance calls are handled through the Blackstone Property Management Service Center. The Service Center is located on the lower level of 3000 Town Center and can be reached at 248.358.0780. The Service Center can assist you with:

· Key and lock requests

· Light bulb replacement

· Plumbing repairs

· Electrical problems and repairs

· Minor repair to doors, walls and carpet

· Hot and cold temperature calls

· Picture hanging

· Minor furniture repair

· Recycling program information

· Use of carts and dollies

· Any kind of utility problem (i.e., electric, water, gas)

· Other miscellaneous requests

For your convenience Blackstone Property Management has developed the “Fax It and Fix It” program which allows you to fax in your service requests.
