Fire Drills

Town Center is equipped with the most advanced fire and safety equipment available. All buildings are fully sprinklered and equipped with smoke detectors. For your added safety, fire drills are conducted annually in October. You will receive prior notice of this fire drill and will be encouraged to participate in it.

Tenants will be asked to exit their floors via the stairwells and go down to the Lobby and exit the building. An “all clear” will be given shortly after the floor is evacuated, and tenants will return to their suites.
